EZA-UNAIE in cooperation with Trentini nel mondo are organizing the international seminar "Workforce shortage: development of real solutions through social dialogue" which will be held from October 18 to 20, 2024 in Vaneze (Trento). The aim of the seminar is to find a solution for the trend of reduced workforce (eg increasing daily wages, migration mobility, lifelong learning, technological progress), as well as to analyze the causes of the reduction of available workforce for the needs of the labor market in Italy in the EU. The seminar will be an opportunity for dialogue between experts and seminar participants, and it is expected that the seminar will result in a document with conclusions and recommendations.
The invitation has been sent to Trentino clubs in Europe, with a limit of 2 people from one club, and the necessary registration of participants through the Trentino Club (in Tuzla) by October 6, 2024.
