At the invitation of the City of Bijeljina, UGIP "Rino Zandonai" prepared an Italian gastronomic offer as part of the Italian Culture Days in Bijeljina. A group of 15 members of the association did something that Bijeljina did not expect. According to the Mayor of Bijeljina Ljubiša Petrović, expectations were exceeded. It was an excellent way to preserve the tradition of Italian gastronomy. The members of the association prepared 25 different dishes, both savory and sweet, and the people of Bijeljina congratulated them for the concept of the event and for the free gastronomic offer. A small cookbook was also prepared for the event - recipes for dishes that were on offer in Bijeljina. The event was held on 6.8.2025. from 9 pm to 10:45 pm at King Petra Square.
