The staff of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, upon notification by Marko Frančešević, an expert associate, and in accordance with the Ministry's Action Plan, conducted a field visit to all organizations in Tuzla that implement projects funded by the Ministry (youth associations, sports clubs and CSOs of national minorities). The aim of the visit was to establish how the projects are implemented and whether the allocated funds are spent for the intended purpose, i.e. for project costs as foreseen in the approved project budget.
Supervision of the designated expenditure of funds was carried out on 13.11.2025. in the premises of the Association "Rino Zandonai", and the subject of supervision was the project "Italian Music Forum in Tuzla 2025" worth 5,000 KM. After reviewing the project documentation and bank statements, i.e. transactions, the representative of the Ministry made a report stating that the project implemented by the UGIP "Rino Zandonai" Tuzla is being implemented according to plan and without any irregularities. The planned completion of the project is 30.12.2025. by submitting the final narrative and financial report, together with accompanying documentation and copies of invoices incurred as project costs. Although the Ministry's procedure is unusual, it is fully justified, and it is especially important for the Association that it has been shown and proven that the Association implements quality activities and that the project costs are spent specifically for the purposes foreseen in the project budget.
