The EZA seminar was held from 24 to 26 October 2025 in Rovereto, Italy. The seminar was dedicated to the aspect of the digital age and the tools that have an impact on citizens, students, and in particular what are the effects in the context of the workforce. New digital tools are changing the way human work is experienced and performed. These digital tools are capable of operating with an increasing degree of autonomy and allow the performance of practical, creative and intellectual tasks with an efficiency equal to, if not greater than, human. The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is conducting a three-year research project (2023-2025) to provide tools for learning about the impact of digitalization on the safety and health of workers, so that timely and effective corrective measures can be taken. The seminar was held in the congress hall of the Fondazione Museo Civico di Rovereto. The seminar participants were welcomed by Maria Carla on behalf of Trentini nel mondo and other officials. Representatives of Trentina Tuzla club Željko Mott, Vlasta and Zoran Bradvičić and Tihomir Knežiček were also present at the seminar.

The aim of the EZA seminar is to increase the knowledge of participants about the latest developments in digital work, as well as the objectives and progress of the work of EU-OSHA. In addition, the seminar aimed to raise awareness of the main issues of interest related to the digital world, and in particular artificial intelligence. Key topics of the seminar include artificial intelligence, tracking systems, digital platforms, manuscript conversion to digital format, remote working and similar. 10 authors and groups presented their papers, at the end of the seminar, the conclusions were presented by Vittorino Rodaro, Vice President of UNAIE and EZA and member of the board of directors of Trentini nel mondo.
