Any Italian, descendants of Italians, members of their families and all other fellow citizens, regardless of nationality, can be a member of the association of Italians in the city of Banja Luka if they want to get involved in the work of the association. The membership procedure is carried out by filling out a form with personal data that serves the association's internal database. Each member of the association is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Statute and to respect the reputation of other members and the association itself.
The association deals with the promotion of Italian culture by organizing film evenings, exhibitions, socializing of members, visits to other associations of national minorities, learning the Italian language, the geography of Italy, publishing the Association's Bulletin and the like. So far, a large number of photo exhibitions about the cities of Italy, exhibitions of old magazines and newspapers have been realized.
