CLOSED AND EVALUATED TWO PROJECTS _ 8.12.2025.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports financed two projects that were implemented in 2025. For both projects, an internal evaluation (assessment of project results) was conducted on December 8, 2025, at the Association's premises. The evaluation was attended by members of the Association involved in project activities and other members of the Association.

The first project, entitled "Italian Music Forum in Tuzla 2025", is a project in the category of support for national minority associations, and was implemented without a partner. The approved grant was 5,000.00 KM under contract no. 06-11-10-019-1/25, 3.7.2025.

The second project, entitled "Culture on a Colorful Palm", is in the category of support for national minority associations from funds collected from games of chance. It was implemented without a partner. The approved grant was 4,000.00 KM under contract no. 06-11-10-12-14/25, 17.6.2025.

The invitation for the project closure and evaluation was sent to the donor, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports. No representatives of the Ministry were present at the project closure, but a letter from Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević (dated 2.12.2025) was read, in which she sent congratulations on the closure of two projects, praised the work of the association and pointed out the importance of the projects that the Association implements. This official letter from the Ministry is a confirmation of the success of the Association's work and the importance of the activities that the Association implements for the entire community.

After the project assessment, the regular annual Assembly of the Association was organized.
